3. User Obligations
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to our cybersecurity team immediately. Registration requires a valid payment method as specified within our secure payment gateway.
4. Fees and Payments
Usage of our parking services is subject to fees calculated based on duration, location demand, and facility tier. All transactions are processed through encrypted protocols. Swiftparkr reserves the right to adjust pricing based on real-time logistics data. Users will be notified of total costs prior to finalizing their registration sessions.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Swiftparkr shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. This includes technical delays, hardware malfunctions, or external environmental factors affecting parking availability.
Agreement to Arbitrate
By using Swiftparkr, you agree that any disputes will be handled through individual arbitration rather than jury trials or class actions.
